What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and deploy ML models by using a Predictive Analytics tool (Pecan)
  • Maintain & monitor ML models in production to ensure they remain accurate and reliable
  • Present model results and insights to our major business units in a clear and concise manner through visualizations and reports, allowing stakeholders to understand results and take data-informed actions
  • Design, develop, and implement POCs for GenAI SQL Chatbot solutions to address business needs and objectives
  • Implement GenAI SQL that will allow any stakeholder to ask questions about their data
  • Understand business problems, analyze complex data sets, and provide insights to drive data-informed business decisions
  • Design and create BI reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis to provide insights and business performance monitoring
  • Work closely with a wide range of teams, including Senior Management and Ops teams

 

What will you need to have? 

  • B.Sc/M.Sc in Information Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, and other related fields
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience as an AI/ML Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or a similar role
  • At least 2 years of experience working at a SaaS company, B2B and/or B2C
  • Experience in deploying AI/ML models
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing POCs for AI solutions to address business needs and objectives
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data sets
  • Extensive experience with at least one BI tool: Tableau, Qlik Sense, or another web BI tool (our team uses Tableau)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a fast-paced environment  

Extra great if you have: 

  • Experience with Pecan predictive analytics tool (or a similar tool)
  • Experience with GenAI SQL Chatbot tool (ThoughtSpot, Zenlytic, or a similar tool)
