  • Build solid and ongoing relationships across all levels of the organization, up to C-Level.
Coach, guide, and consult with leaders on all people aspects in their business unit.
  • Lead cross-functional global HR projects to help drive and improve company culture, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, HR processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with primary stakeholders in the HR team – Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Organizational Development.
  • Work closely with operational functions such as Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal and Compliance to ensure meeting labor laws and regulations while providing HR guidance.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance while providing HR policy guidance.
  • Implement HR projects and ensure that local activities are aligned with the global HR strategy.

What will you need to have?

  • A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership positions in global tech companies, preferably late-stage, pre-IPO companies.
  • Strong track record of developing effective and consultative relationships across all levels of an organization, including the executive level.
  • Experience supporting technical departments, including Product and engineering.
  • Demonstrated competence and hands-on abilities in various HR functional areas: employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, career development, etc.
  • Experience with labor law and compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English (part of the interviews will be conducted in English).
