You are a strong Partner GTM lead who is passionate about designing, activating, and measuring the go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Redis with the goal of creating new sales pipeline and accelerating existing pipeline.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the design, activation, iteration and ongoing measurement of our Redis go-to-market strategies with our strategic partners for key enterprise vertical(s) and industries.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with our Partner Alliances team, marketing teams, technical teams, sales enablement teams, and other cross-functional teams to plan and execute on GTM programs to meet business goals.
  • Drive adoption of the GTM programs across the globe.
  • Unlock partner opportunities, cultivate a healthy partner ecosystem and strengthen the perception of Redis with partners. 
  • Monitor, measure and report on the GTM metrics and KPIs.

What will you need to have?

  • BA/BS degree
  • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
  • 6+ years of sales, or alliances go to market experience in a global and cross-functional capacity
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated experience in independently owning and managing a strategic program by defining and executing on key deliverables and outcomes, including development and tracking of joint sell-with business activities and partner programs
  • Experience working in a high speed, dynamic startup environment with both structured and unstructured deliverables
