We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join our Data group and help proactively guide our business and product growth through the provision of strategic perspective, market insights, and experience with analytical tools and techniques.

You will work closely with Product managers and the R&D team and bring your analytical ability to provide key insights, recognize key opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives forward. 

As a Product Data Analyst you will be the link between the data and the Product managers by providing detailed analysis to support the product decision making process.Our ideal candidate will possess a heightened curiosity, technological abilities and a desire to leverage data to increase business’s performance and profitability.

What you’ll do: 

  • Define and measure Key Performance Indicators.
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to discover product insights and help translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Detect and draw key insights on the product in order to support the decision-making process
  • Build and maintain data analysis and reporting dashboards
  • Define events to help track user interaction and engagement with our products
  • Use analytics best practices to evaluate the success of product changes
  • Work closely with a wide range of teams – Senior Management, Product Managers, Product Marketing and R&D

What will you need to have? 

  • BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management / Information Systems Engineering / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics or a similar background 
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Product Data Analyst at an internet company
  • At least 2 years of experience working at a SaaS company, B2B and/or B2C.   
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets
  • Extensive experience with at least one BI tool: Tableau, Qlik Sense or other web BI tool (our team uses Tableau)
  • Experience with user behavior tracking tools such as mixpanel, amplitude, heap, pendo
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a fast-paced environment  
  • High level English

Extra great if you have: 

  • Experience in defining events for analyzing user interaction 
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests 
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Grafana, Kibana
