As a Product Operations Manager, you will play an integral role in implementing, enhancing, and optimizing the Product Management discipline for Redis.                                                                                                                                                   
The successful candidate will balance initiative and self-motivation with an ability to work with geographically and culturally diverse teams. You are detail-oriented, curious, and inquisitive about the craft of Product Management. You enjoy partnering with product managers and across organizations to achieve your goals.

What you’ll do: 

  • Improve automation for product management functions such as requirements gathering from field teams and customers, knowledge sharing internally and externally, roadmap updates, and collaboration within the product team
  • Identify and implement lightweight frameworks to drive collaboration, transparency, and data-driven decision-making within the product organization
  • Support product leadership in standardizing product tooling from the selection process through implementation and iterative enhancements
  • Collaborate with product and R&d leadership on streamlining the product release process and operationalizing periodic, enterprise-ready releases to our customers

What will you need to have? 

  • 3+ years experience in product management or equivalent experience in software development, software program management, UX, or software architecture
  • Proven ability to implement methodologies, tooling, and change management in groups of 50+ people
  • Technical capabilities, including familiarity with at least some, if not all, of the following: Jira, Confluence, Git,  Jenkins or other CI/CD tooling
  • Comfortable with command-line tools and basic scripting
  • Excellent English, oral and written

Extra great if you have: 

  • Experience with project management
  • Prior experience with databases, distributed systems
  • Previous experience working on products for developers and operators
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technology—public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, Kubernetes
