As the Senior Director, Global Sales Development, you will lead a growing team of SDRs who are focused on developing well qualified opportunities to expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and scaling large global teams in a complex, multi-channel sales environment. What you’ll do:

  • Build and develop a world-class Sales Development team 
  • Oversee daily activities and track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Bring a Listen-First & Visionary mentality.
  • Ensure we effectively qualify inbound demand as well as develop outbound strategies 
  • Motivate and develop SDRs in order to exceed goals and grow their careers. 
  • Manage SDR rosters for tracking ramp adjusted capacity and productivity.
  • Manage SDR reports and dashboards to ensure the results they deliver can be easily understood by stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Partner with sales managers to develop campaigns that align to their regional goals based on a territory plan.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and people ops to ensure SDR onboarding and training is aligned with our current product offering.
  • Partner with sales and marketing operations to ensure the SDR team has the best tools to do their job.
  • Promote a high energy and fun environment where people are excited to work and inspired to over achieve their goals.

What will you need to have?

  • Previous technology sales experience.
  • Passion for attracting, retaining, growing, and promoting SDR talent.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline.
  • Experience establishing sales development processes and methodology.
  • Proven record of guiding and implementing improvements to grow and scale teams.
  • Power user of salesforce.com and SDR industry standard tech stack (Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to drive cross functional alignment and coordination across sales and marketing teams, with diplomacy.

Extra great if you have:

  • Prior experience with Databases, Infrastructure Software, SaaS offerings.
