Redis is looking for an experienced marketing professional passionate about building brand equity, influence, and perception through valuable, inspiring storytelling campaigns.  The Senior Manager of Brand Programs will develop and execute campaigns that demonstrate Redis strengths as a critical element of the modern technology stack, enabling businesses to provide blazing fast, real-time services and experiences to their customers.

What you’ll do

  • Work collaboratively to evolve corporate brand positioning and messaging
  • Communicate with marketing leads, sharing global brand strategies and ensuring global brand consistency
  • Build a thought leadership strategy to build brand equity, influence, and elevate brand perception
  • Create and execute omnichannel campaigns that align with the brand and thought leadership strategy to deliver a fresh and insightful Redis perspective on common industry challenges and emerging trends. 
  • Develop an innovative campaign content strategy to tell stories that are valuable, useful, and inspiring for the target audience
  • Work collaboratively across content creation teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of content aligned to strategy and campaign needs. 
  • Establish meaningful metrics and reporting to determine the effectiveness of campaigns.  Use this data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities to optimize for maximum impact. 
  • Report to leaders and other stakeholders' performance against established metrics and planned optimization actions. 
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify implications and possible business opportunities. Use insights to inform the brand and thought leadership strategies.

What will you need to have? 

  • 8+ years working in a fast-paced B2B marketing environment
  • Work with a B2B Software or SaaS-based business
  • You are someone who loves to build, think outside the box, and have a high degree of execution chops 
  • 5+ years in campaign management and execution
  • Brand-specific experience is a bonus, especially work with open source brands. 
  • Proven track record of implementing successful thought leadership campaigns and programs
  • Work history of both strategic and tactical marketing 
  • Candidate must be comfortable working on multiple programs/activities at any given time, and ownership of projects from concept to execution to reporting on results
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of initiative, with the ability to work in and across teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a positive attitude and passion for learning
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills that demonstrate valuable business insights.
  • Experience with Marketo, Tableau, 6Sense, and Salesforce is preferred
