Redis is looking for a technical analyst or project manager. The ideal candidate is a hands-on self-starter who has:

  • Strong Google Workspace (FKA Gsuite) skills 
  • Project management discipline and practices
  • Domain expertise in the area of IT and Real Estate & Workplace management  

A heavy emphasis on effective and efficient communication skills is a must. You will have experience with high-growth SaaS companies and a keen understanding of key SaaS metrics. You must have great integrity and the ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you’ll do 

  • Manage key areas in real estate, workplace facilities design, build and operations management
  • Overlook SaaS API on/offboarding, API integrations, and automation of processes
  • Conduct requirements gathering from stakeholders
  • Engage in analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation across functional areas
  • Analyze complex business problems; champion whole/parts of these problems to be solved with process automation
  • Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing
  • Initial Level 1 and Level 2 support of related systems
  • Consult users in the area of automated process and systems integration
  • Align with functions on the definition & execution within the selected compliance framework (NIST, other)
  • Manage cross-functional audit activities
  • Author documentation: internal procedures related to Training, Support, Compliance, and Change Management
  • Participate in process definition to evolve processes, procedures, and systems
  • Lead the analysis of systems specifications and use the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes
  • Own the plan of record: capture, track, communicate, and get results

What will you need to have? 

  • Clear, concise communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong positive mental attitude, aptitude, and initiative 
  • Command of Google Workspace (drive, docs, sheets, draw, slides)
  • Strong proficiency with project management in IT enterprise applications using leading SaaS services – specifically within identity and access management, asset management and at least 2 functional areas in G&A or Go-to-Market.
  • Proven results in delivering effective and efficient solutions with modern, integrated, easy to use, innovative enterprise IT applications, with strong user adoption.
  • Practical experience iterating end-to-end processes across multiple enterprise SaaS products.
  • Practical experience and capacity to adapt IT compliance and global regulations in data security, cyber security, and privacy, with implementation of SaaS solutions
