Redis is preparing for explosive company growth and international scale! We are currently seeking a Total Rewards Analyst (US and Global) to work in our Total Rewards and HR Operations team. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards & HR Operations this will be a key member of the core HR team focusing on building best-in-class compensation and benefits programs.


The Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible primarily for compensation plan design and compensation programs such as compensation cycle and bonus planning and administration, benchmarking, and total rewards administration. In addition, the Analyst will partner on development, delivery, and administration of our benefits plans. This is a visible role that will engage cross-functionally with our global Finance and People teams. In addition, this position will support and respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding compensation and benefits, and interpret and ensure regulatory compliance of all total rewards programs.


Role responsibilities

  • Partner with the HRBP team on annual short-term incentive and compensation cycle processes from budget inception through delivery to employees. Provide support in the development and implementation of various compensation programs.
  • Conduct market pricing activities including job matching, data analytics, job pricing, and recruitment trends.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs on compensation-related activities such as new hire offers, promotions, etc.
  • Partner with the Total Rewards team, HRBPs, HR Operations, Payroll, and Finance to educate and identify opportunities for process and program improvement in the areas of base, incentive, equity compensation, and benefits.
  • Co-administration of benefit programs globally, covering health & welfare benefits, including medical, life, disability, accident, retirement, wellness, leave of absence, and paid time off.
  • Assist in managing the Leave of Absence program, and partner with ADP on administration.
  • Design and deliver compensation and benefits compliance globally, ensuring regulatory compliance in total rewards programs.
  • Partner in the implementation of any new total rewards systems or process enhancements to include assisting with development, testing, and implementation of any benefit and compensation-related software programs and updates.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in full-suite compensation and benefits
  • Experience with compensation and benefits management tools and related systems
  • Experience in the analysis, design, and administration of global compensation and benefits programs
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google sheets, and HRIS systems

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience supporting global entities or multinational company
  • Ability to handle change and be effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and directed
