Bank Hapoalim, the largest bank in Israel, has experinced a sharp increase in customer demand for digital services in the past few years, and much more so through the pandemic.

To improve availability and customer satisfaction for services that rely on legacy MF backends, Bank Hapoalim turned to Redis Enterprise as an in-memory database to store data and provide instant failover upon any server becoming unresponsive. This session describes the business value and other benefits gained from implementing Redis Enterprise in production, and why it was chosen over other products.
