David is a seasoned professional in the area of databases, middleware and application development. After launching his career in the mainframe IDMS world, he survived the move to Open Systems and the client/server revolution.
As an early adopter of the cloud he’s now focused on helping customers make their way through Cloud Native computing decisions, solving the same problems we solved years ago, with new technologies and platforms. Application reliability, performance tuning and scale are topics that have always been top of mind.
These days he’s a Solution Architect for the world’s fastest database platform, Redis Enterprise. In his spare time, he’s an amateur astronomer, a budding electronic music producer, and likes to think he can catch fish.
