  • Work diligently with the customer’s technical teams (architects, developers, DevOps and C-level execs) to ensure the success of all customer POCs and pilots.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop effective account strategies and identify new account opportunities, as well as new business within existing accounts.
  • Present the company, its capabilities and technology in a highly professional and exciting way during conferences and events, that will engage customers and help them see the business impact and competitive advantages of the Redis offering.
  • Act as a liaison, capturing feedback and insights from the customers to improve product materials, documentation, while providing feedback to Product Management teams and R&D.

What will you need to have?

  • Hands-on technical experience in cloud and database technologies with a preference for a BS in Computer Science or similar discipline

  • Excellent written and spoken English

Extra great if you have:

  • Experience in pre-sales engineering (ideally database engineering) for enterprise software
  • Experience architecting and deploying solutions with any of the major cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.)
  • Experience with database programming and data models
